Białowieża—a place where nature still reigns, untouched and wild. This trip was all about stepping into the heart of the Białowieża Forest, the last primeval lowland forest in Europe, where towering ancient trees and roaming bison remind us of a time before roads and cities.
Each morning, we woke to the sounds of the forest, sipping tea in the crisp air before setting off on trails that led deep into this untouched wilderness. The landscape felt timeless, as if it had been waiting for us to explore.
We wandered through the Białowieża National Park, followed the famous Żebra Żubra trail, and stood in awe at the sight of bison grazing in the distance. The quiet here is different—it’s not empty, but full of life, with birds calling, leaves rustling, and the occasional snap of a branch underfoot.
As the day faded, we found ourselves reflecting on the experience, knowing that Białowieża isn’t just a destination—it’s a glimpse into a world where nature thrives, untouched and free.
