This trip through Roztocze was a mix of adventure and exploration.

The journey began with a kayaking trip from Obrocz to Zwierzyniec, floating down scenic waters, surrounded by lush greenery and the tranquility of the river. It was the perfect way to immerse ourselves in nature.

Next, we explored the historic city of Zamość and its fortress, taking in the well-preserved Renaissance architecture and learning about its military past. Every corner of the city told a story, making the visit both fascinating and memorable.

Roztocze’s natural wonders came alive at the Nature Museum in Zwierzyniec, where we gained deeper insight into the region’s biodiversity, landscapes, and wildlife. It was an experience that made us appreciate the beauty of the land even more.

For a change of pace, we set off on a cycling trip to Florianka, pedaling through picturesque trails, soaking in the fresh air, and enjoying the quiet charm of the countryside. The ride was a refreshing escape, connecting us to Roztocze’s peaceful surroundings.

Of course, every great trip needs moments of relaxation, and we found ours by the water of Zalew Rudka, unwinding, taking in the serene views, and enjoying the simple pleasure of slowing down.
